
Don't miss this extraordinary chamber music concert at St Peter's on Tuesday September 28, 2010 at 7:30 pm to benefit the 2011 Chamber Music for Teens Summer Workshop. Alan Black, Founder of Chamber Music at St.Peter's and principal cellist with the Charlotte Symphony Orchestra, will perform with Romanian pianist, Dana Protopopescu, celebrated violinist Rosemary Furniss (wife of CSO Maestro Christopher Warren-Green) and internationally acclaimed coloratura soprano, Sally Silver.
For the first time in 2 years, Alan Black and friends are back at the beautifully renovated St.Peter's Episcopal Church sanctuary performing Beethoven's Piano Trio Opus 70 "Ghost"; Rachmaninoff's Trio Élégiaque in G minor, Villa-Lobos' Bachianas Brasilieras No. 5 for soprano and trio and Brahms' Piano Trio in B Major Opus 8.

Tickets are only $30.00 and include a reception after the concert to meet the performers. All proceeds will benefit the Scholarship program for Chamber Music for Teens Summer Workshop 2011.
